MirrorriM is a general-purpose AI creative platform providing image generation, video generation, editing, workflow automation, model customization, and related creative tools.

Users remain solely responsible for their content and how they use the Service.

Generated content is private by default unless users explicitly choose to publish or share it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

Accounts belonging to minors may be terminated immediately.

3. Nature of the Service

MirrorriM provides AI-assisted creative tools, including:

• Image generation
• Video generation
• Image editing
• Video editing
• Character consistency
• LoRA training
• AI workflows
• Asset management
• Other creative features introduced over time

The Service may evolve, change, or discontinue features without prior notice.

AI models may be replaced, upgraded, or removed at any time.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you upload.

Subject to applicable law, you own any rights you may have in AI-generated outputs.

MirrorriM claims no ownership over your private content.

5. License Granted to MirrorriM

You grant MirrorriM a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process
• Transmit
• Reproduce
• Cache
• Temporarily store

your content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Service.

This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required by law or necessary for abuse prevention.

6. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have sufficient rights to uploaded content.
• You have obtained necessary permissions from any person depicted.
• No minors are involved.
• Your content complies with applicable law.
• You will not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

You remain solely responsible for all uploaded and generated content.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, process, or distribute:

• Illegal content
• CSAM or any content involving minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Revenge pornography
• Identity theft
• Deepfake fraud
• Harassment
• Copyright infringement
• Privacy violations
• Malware
• Fraudulent content
• Terrorist or extremist content
• Attempts to bypass platform safeguards

8. Mature Content

MirrorriM supports certain categories of mature content.

However, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving minors
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Bestiality
• Illegal pornography
• Identity exploitation
• Deepfake abuse
• Content prohibited by applicable law

9. Reference Images & Likeness

If you upload photographs of yourself or others, you represent that you possess all necessary rights and permissions.

You may not use the Service to impersonate another individual for fraud, deception, harassment, or misinformation.

10. AI Safety & Enforcement

MirrorriM may use automated or manual systems to detect abuse.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Blocking requests
• Removing content
• Restricting features
• Suspending accounts
• Permanently terminating accounts

without prior notice.

11. Zero Tolerance for Child Safety Violations

MirrorriM maintains zero tolerance for any content involving minors.

Where appropriate, we may:

• Immediately terminate accounts
• Preserve relevant information
• Report to appropriate authorities, including NCMEC or equivalent organizations

12. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service relies on third-party AI providers.

Your content may be transmitted to such providers solely for processing requested outputs.

These providers maintain independent terms and privacy policies.

13. Commercial Use

Unless otherwise specified for a particular AI model or provider, generated outputs may generally be used commercially.

Users remain responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with applicable law and third-party licensing restrictions.

14. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content may:

• Be inaccurate
• Be incomplete
• Be unpredictable
• Resemble content generated for other users

MirrorriM makes no guarantee regarding originality, legality, suitability, or fitness for any purpose.

Users should independently review all generated outputs before publication or commercial use.

15. Credits & Payments

Credits:

• Have no monetary value.
• Are non-transferable.
• Are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when generation fails due to a confirmed platform error.

Fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension.

16. Intellectual Property

MirrorriM respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us with sufficient information so we may investigate and take appropriate action.

17. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Abuse
• Fraud
• Security risks
• Legal obligations
• Platform integrity

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MirrorriM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which MirrorriM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
